Our Essential Funeral package has been thoughtfully created for those who are looking for a simpler funeral option without compromising on service. The coffin is placed in position in our chapel for the arrival of mourners. There is no hearse, no bearers or formal funeral procession.
Our experienced team will guide you through every step of the arrangements, ensuring your loved one’s wishes are carried out with care, dignity, and respect.
We will arrange for one of our recommended local celebrants to meet with you prior to the service so that you can plan and create a service that is unique and special.
Our local florists have created a range of natural floral tributes which can be added to any service offering.

- All legal & administration fees
- Collection of your loved one within a 40 mile radius of our location at Bockenfield Wood, Felton, Northumberland NE65 9QJ
- Care of your loved one in our state of the art mortuary
- Family visiting in our woodland chapel of rest (unlimited visits, during office hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
- Natural Wooden Coffin
- 45 Minute Chapel Service at Northumnerland Crematorium
- Cremation Fee
- A Visual Tribute Slideshow which includes up to 25 photos of your loved one to play during the service
- A choice of music
- Celebrant or Minister Fee
- Ashes returned to you in person by one of our team

Our chapel of rest provides a private and peaceful space where you can spend time in reflection and say your own personal goodbyes.
Set within our 38-acre grounds, it offers a calm and natural environment for quiet moments with family or on your own.
Optional Extras
Our packages include everything you need, while our optional extras allow families to personalise a loved one’s service with natural floral tributes or an order of service.
